I hold a Master's Degree in holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health, and is currently pursuing a combined Doctor of Natural Health/PhD in Holistic Nutrition degree.   I'm also a certified Eating Coach.

My experience includes working with women with hormonal concerns, weight problems, eating disorders, and lifestyle concerns such as avoiding carcinogens or incorporating a more whole-foods based diet, as well as holistic nutrition consultation and intervention for learning, behavioral and autism spectrum disorders.

Consultation does not replace medical care.  Holistic nutrition consultants can educate, inform, motivate and support you in your nutritional and weight goals, but cannot prescribe or treat medical conditions.  ALWAYS check with a competent, licensed medical professional when you have medical concerns or before beginning any weight loss program.
